Steven Jackson OBE
Founder
Steven set up New Reg Limited in 1996, having started trading private number plates in 1989. He was awarded the OBE in 2013 and named EY UK Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019. He still works hands-on across the group, from the software behind Garage.co.uk to the editorial standards at Promo.co.uk.
William Fletcher MBE
Chief Executive
Will has been Chief Executive of New Reg Limited since 2022. He holds an MBE, awarded in 2023 for services to recycling and social enterprise. Drawing on that experience of delivering social value, he sits as a judge for the King's Awards for Enterprise in the Promoting Opportunity through Social Mobility category.
